Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant - Exciting Opportunity - London

A fantastic new Graduate position available! We are keen to find a graduate with a huge drive to succeed who is excited to learn and progress within the company!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you can create your own opportunities to make placements with clients and see your commission rolling in!

Some graduate recruiters will make as much as £50k in their first year and hit extra incentive awards along the way (performance bonuses including vouchers, high-performer lunch socials and even holiday incentives!)

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant

The main aspects of your role will entail;

· Building & maintaining client relationships

· Searching for the best CV’s and sourcing the best candidates for the role

· Managing job applications and prepping your candidates for interviews

· Negotiating the offer for your client if needed so that both parties are happy

· Giving feedback to your clients and candidates and keeping them both up to date on a regular basis

Working as a Recruitment Consultant is a HANDS-ON role. You will be working long days during the week, but when you reach your targets, you will be rewarded!
