What is recruitment?

· Sourcing candidates through job adverts, LinkedIn, headhunting and cold calling.

· Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates and matching them to leading businesses and opportunities.

· Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting them regularly and understanding their requirements for positions.

· Advising and consulting both candidates and clients, proving adequate feedback and giving expert insight into the market.

· Placing candidates at businesses and getting commission!
