Our client has 40 years of Green Energy Recruitment experience and are experts within the Energy Sector. Founded in 2014, the founder established a zero-carbon, renewable-energies recruitment agency. The company has large expansion plans including them opening the London, Amsterdam, and Singapore offices within the last 5 years, hoping to expand into the US markets within the next few years.

- Year 1: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE

- Year 2: £45,000 - £60,000 OTE

- Year 3: £60,000 - £85,000+ OTE

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Ideal Candidates

· *Preferred* strong academics, including strong A-levels, 2:1 or above from a respectable university.

· *Preferred* Sales experience, B2B experience, commercial/office experience or customer facing work experience

· Evidence of strong work ethic, e.g., work alongside studies, working difficult roles, working long hours or multiple jobs

· Competitive or sporty flair, e.g., sporty individuals who have trained and competed at high levels or as a part of a team.

· Confident and personable individual with strong in person and over the phone communication skills.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Opportunity

· Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients and maintaining these relationships throughout all processes.

· Business development and building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings, networking, and events.

· Becoming an expert in your field (no experience needed – award winning training programme!) and specialising as a top individual in your market.

· Sourcing and locating the best talent through mapping, networking, writing job adverts and headhunting.

· Providing a top quality service to both candidates and clients and providing excellent customer service.
