IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.

- Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions, providing guidance throughout the development life cycle.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solution effectiveness.

- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for further enhancement.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, creating process models, and performing gap analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Experience in software development life cycles (SDLC) and working in Agile environments is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
