Ideally with some MSP experience already, you'll be a great people person, naturally focused on getting it right first time and leaving no loose ends, you’ll help us continue delivering our superb customer experience and IT solutions across Leeds and Yorkshire hitting First Response and Resolution Goals exceeding 98% month after month.

We are a 'Remote First' company meaning your main workspace will be at home. A dedicated and private workspace for home working capable supporting up to three monitors is a requirement for the role. We’ll provide all the equipment you need.

***You must live either in Leeds or its surrounding areas within easy reach of Leeds to be considered for this position as you will be required to visit our client offices in the area***

This is a mixed roll comprising:

• Help Desk Support
• New equipment configuration
• On site installations at clients offices.
• Project work at all levels.
• Cloud Migration and Deployement

Applicants must be well presented and have superb communication and customer service skills.

Already experienced IT and Tech support you must have good working knowledge and troubleshoot experience in:

• Office 365
• Azure
• Active Directory
• Cabled and Wi-Fi Networking
• Windows Server
• VPN, Firewall
• Cisco an advantage but not essential

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential and applicants will need to be DBS checked for access to some of our client sites.

Salary: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
