Position Overview & Specifications
Location: Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire (Norwich, Kings Lynn, Peterborough, Cambridge, March, St Neots, Ipswich and Lowestoft)
Pay: £665 per week with weekly pay via Self Employed
Bank Holiday Rate: Double pay
Short & Long Term placements available from 1-6 weeks
Start in two weeks if you are on the DBS Update service

We are looking to recruit experienced, caring, and passionate Live in Care Workers to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on delivering first class care to our clients and offer in depth and bespoke training packages to our Live in Care Workers.
Making sure we have the right Live in Care Worker for our clients is extremely important to us and ensuring that our carers feel happy and comfortable with the different types of care that they will be providing.

Your day-to-day duties would include:
- Supporting and assisting with all personal care needs
- Listening and providing companionship to our clients
- Observing and reporting any changes in the health of the clients
- Help with food and drink
- Responding to emergency situations
- Prompting and administering of medication
- Accompanying and transporting clients to appointments and/or social events
- Providing client support with hobbies and other activities
So far so good? This is who we’re looking for:
- A caring and compassionate individual
- Good understanding of Person-Centred Care and MCA/Dols
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 1 year of experience within care
- Good spoken and written English
- Car driver is preferred but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on update service is desirable
- Must be able to pass enhanced DBS
