Immigration Paralegal

Job and Responsibilities

Fully remote – work from home

Work for an established, award-winning UK law firm

Salary: £21,700 per year

Please note: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 4-hour free training session/group interview to determine their aptitude and suitability for the role. We expect to hold this session on Saturday the 8th July (subject to change).

You will be working very closely with our legal advisors on a range of UK immigration applications, working remotely for an award-winning UK-based legal firm. You will also be required to carry out other administrative duties in order to assist our lawyers.

Your tasks will include (but not be limited to):

• Collecting/collating information or documents from clients
• Reviewing client queries and drafting responses for review by Senior Caseworker
• Updating the case management system and general administrative support as required
• Being responsible for folder management;
• Drafting letters and legal documents;
• Reviewing/analysing legal documents;
• Conducting legal research

About You

• Demonstrates attention to detail and achieves a high level of productivity
• Excellent communication skills
• Is able to learn procedural and processing requirements for various visa types
• Builds knowledge of firm and client processes
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

Relevant experience is desirable but not mandatory.
