Sales Co-ordinator

The Role

We are recruiting a brilliant Sales Co-ordinator to join our friendly Team and further enhance the Customer Service provided to our existing customer base. You will:

• Be the dedicated point of contact for some of our existing customers.
• Provide support to these customers, helping resolve their queries via phone/email.
• Process their orders onto our bespoke system management software, Goose.
• Liaise with our Planning Team regarding your customers' orders.
• Brief our Technical Team on any new enquiries for your customers.
• Communicate the information (quotes, samples etc) for these enquiries back to your customers, and follow up with them.
• Be responsible for all day-to-day account management for your customers, for example arranging for old stock to be delivered or for old tooling to be returned to the customer/disposed of.

• Communication (verbal and written).
• Administration and accurate data entry.

• Numeracy and IT.
• Working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.

Working Location: Our Sherborne office.
