Loading Bay Coordinator

The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel.

Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, developing our offer to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services. In 2023, we are continuing to host many amazing and varied events, including the Eurovision Song Contest.

We are looking to recruit a Loading Bay Coordinator to join our Operations team.

In this role you would be responsible for managing the loading bay function at ACC Liverpool during both event and non-event activity.

You will assist with creating and implementing an efficient goods in and out process, ensuring it is maintained at all times.

A proactive and organised approach, along with a passion for excellent customer service is key in this role to ensure client needs are met and the overall customer experience is second to none.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a similar team within a multi-purpose fast paced venue, health and safety knowledge. The applicants should hold a valid frontline SIA license.

In addition to the above, experience of Fork Lift Trucks and Mewps would be advantageous in this post.
