Busy Letting agency needs a new Danielle
Danielle is sadly leaving us for pastures new and we need a new one.
We are looking for someone who wants 3-4 days a week to keep the letting agency running smoothly. you will already have admin experience although not necessarily in property management
The main duties will include:
Working within our team helping to organise maintenance works arranging changeover of utilities, liaising with tenants and landlords booking viewing appointments general administrative duties
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-25 per week
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
