Salary: £21,000-£22,000 + Amazing Benefits - £32,800 OTE!!!

Location: Bournemouth

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 9am-5.30pm

Resource Solutions are currently recruiting for exceptional customer renewal advisors to join their fun, vibrant and professional team based in Bournemouth. We are keen to speak with candidates who put customers at the for front of everything they do, finding that first call resolution. If you have experience in customer service across all sectors whether that be call centre, retail, hospitality or support work then we want to hear from you!

A little bit about what you’ll do

Our client wants every member to be happy with the service provided and to stay with them year after year. As a Customer Renewals Advisor, you’ll help them renew members insurance, treating each one as a VIP. Driven by your passion for brilliant service, you’ll provide an amazing experience and take pride in your work. They will give you the training to do a fantastic job and become a retention expert.

Because this is such a crucial role, They’ll give you some very attractive rewards: a starting salary of £21,000, rising to £22,000 after six months. To join them, you’ll need some computer skills and an organised approach. But, above all, you’ll need a gift for connecting with people, answering queries and locking in a sale. Hit productivity targets and you can expect £32,800 OTE! Sales or Customer Service experience is helpful, but natural talent’s also welcome.
