Position Overview & Specifications
Accura Measurement have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator.
To provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to all Departments.
Duties include but may not be limited to the following:
Provide organisational, administrative and clerical support for all personnel and services within the business.
Answer telephones and deal with queries and relay and / or redirect messages, taking action when required.
Process customer requirements utilising the Syrinx Asset Management Software package.
Process all enquiries and orders (to customer requirements) as required and ensure that product / service conformity, delivery times and profit margins are met.
File all information relating to the service or customer into the relevant Job pack.
Complete and process Purchase Orders in line with customer and internal requirements.
Log details of all Purchase Orders relating to the procurement of services and materials raised against suppliers and vendors and update and maintain the Expediting Report
Ensure that all Accura Purchase Orders raised against suppliers are on schedule as per agreed delivery time and report any discrepancies internally and to the customer.
Check and verify customer orders and provide quotations based on client specification and data.
Prepare a variety of client status reports utilising Microsoft Office applications and web-based software.
Prepare and scan all certification documentation relating to the customer and / or internal procedure requirements.
Maintain a level of presentability commensurate with their role within the organisation.
Maintain a basic knowledge of all products and services supplied within the organisation.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Promote the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation.
Prepare and maintain paperwork in accordance with the documented Quality Management System
Participate in Departmental meetings when required.
Checking and maintaining standards of performance and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental issues in line with Accura Measurement policies and procedures.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience in the rental of offshore equipment in a similar role, and to be able to work to tight deadlines.
Full time Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 16:00
