Position Overview & Specifications
Due to customer demand our client is looking for Production Operatives within the Foundry department.
About This Role:
- 2 shift pattern
- Opportunity for 3 shift at premium rate
- Monday to Friday
- £13.11 to £13.98 per hour with opportunity to train for higher a rate

The role will involve working in an industrial, hot environment where PPE must be worn and health and safety is paramount, always ensuring quality-control is achieved in conjunction with the molten pouring process.
This role would suit someone with good practical skills, basic engineering skills, or experience in vehicle mechanics.
Other backgrounds will be considered, as full training will be provided.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience using hand tools/machine operating
- Experience of working in manufacturing/factory environment
- Great attention to detail/quality standards
- Good level of English both written and verbal
- Flexibility
- Team player
- Awareness of Health and safety
Benefits:
- Very competitive hourly rate, including shift allowance
- Monday to Friday hours on a 2 shift rotating pattern
- Overtime available starting from £15.49 per hour and £23.30 per hour on Sundays
