Do you have a passion for providing great data and actionable analysis?

Do you have experience within Fundraising or marketing and have a strong knowledge of SQL or PowerBI (or similar visualisation tools)?

Then we’d love to hear from you.

We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to use their expert skills and experience to build a deeper understanding of ActionAid’s supporters and fundraising performance.

You will work closely with the Senior Supporter Data Analyst, helping to ensure that the team delivers high-quality, value-added reports and analyses.

A key part of your role will be proactively communicating and sharing insights with stakeholders and, ensuring the key findings and recommendations are understood. Therefore, you must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you must be experienced working with large and complex data sets and relational databases, along with having a real passion for data. As well as technical skills, we are looking for a self-starter who is able to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines. The successful applicant will have experience of data analysis gained in Fundraising or Marketing with a strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI (or other data visualisation tools) and excellent attention to detail. If you have this skillset, along with a passion to work within an organisation committed to changing the lives of women and girls living in poverty, this may be the role for you.

Some things to consider:

We have offices in London and Somerset. We are currently piloting a hybrid working model and you can agree the days you work at home with your manager, however, you are expected to attend team meetings and other events in-person as requested. Please do bear in mind the rules around hybrid working may change in 2023 when the pilot ends.

Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging are key to our organisational culture. We are on a journey to become not only an anti-racist organisation but one that proudly celebrates the diversity of all applicants and employees. We look forward to you bringing your full self to work, proudly sharing your unique perspective and helping us to shape our combined future.

Please note that ActionAid UK will review, shortlist and interview candidates prior to the closing date so we encourage all candidates to apply as soon as possible.
