We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer join our busy and friendly Talent Acquisition Team. You will be joining us at an amazing time as the business and the team continue to grow and develop. In this role you will experience a recruitment career in the fast paced, ever changing but totally rewarding Care Sector!

What you'll be working:

• 
  Remote working
  
• We can be flexible but you will work a total of 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
  
  

What you'll be doing:

• 
  Be an positive member of the larger Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team

• Provide amazing customer service to candidates and the wider business

• Build excellent working relationships across the team and business

• Over see high volume recruitment for a number of services with support from a Talent Acquisition Partner

• Post vacancies on a variety of job boards both via our ATS system and manually

• Import CVs to the ATS

• Weekly reporting

• Assist with projects when needed
