Your profile

• A track record of exceptional performance in premium high–volume operations.
• A people person able to build the business, ensuring the smooth operational running
  of the venue as well as the development and motivation of the team.
• Creating an outstanding guest experience will be at the heart of what you do every
  day. You will possess a drive for service excellence and will have a genuine passion
  for food and beverage.
• A leader who demonstrates strong motivation and works for an environment that
  nurtures connection by creating trust and openness.
• Able to empower employees through training and development
• You work with inspiration encouraging employees to bring authenticity and to be
  genuinely themselves

• 5+ years of restaurant/bar experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits) with WSET
  Level 2 and a Personal Licence.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations required, COSHH qualification
  is desireable but not essential.
• Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to
  create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximise profit.
