• 
  Passionate about customer service and have ambition to grow and develop professionally
• Enjoy supporting the Host and a Supervising team in creating personalised interaction with the guests
• Have the ability to present information clearly and with confidence
• Demonstrate a good product knowledge of the food and wine
• Able to follow the guidelines and prioritise workload
