Part time Accounts Assistant

Adecco Chiswick are delighted to be working with a long established company based in South Acton small friendly team looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant starting as a temp with the view to going permanent so must be available immediately.

• Two to three days a week very flexible which days
• 9.00am to 5.00pm
• AAT qualified preferable
• £13.00 to £14.00 per hour depending on experience
• Experienced in both Purchase and Sales Ledger essential
• SAP is preferable but not essential
• Excel literate

Supporting the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements and during Audits.

Maintenance of Cash book and Bank accounts reconciliations

Checking and processing of travel expenses receipts and reports

Maintenance of schedules for Prepayments, Fixed Assets, Additions and Disposals

Processing and control of Provisions and Accruals

General administration and filing
