PA/social media manager- Celebrity beauty brand

I am looking for an Pa and social media assistant for a client that is probably the most sought after beauty gurus at the moment! She has a massive Instagram following and is booked up months in advance.

Role and responsibilities:

• Assisting with admin/paperwork and PA duties.
• Composing contracts and offer letters for staff
• Responsible for social media for the client- Instagram/Tiktok/ Facebook
• Manging her diary
• Helping recruit and manage other therapists training and rota's
• Graphic design

Skills needed:

• Ideally you will have a degree
• Experience within the beauty industry as a PA or admin assistant
• Excellent attention to detail
• You will be a fast paced person
• Have experience managing social media and in graphic design.

This job would suit someone highly organised who is used to working within a start up environment and enjoys working in a fluid and not structured enviroment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
