ADVANCED CHIROPRACTIC Office is Seeking a Full Time (approx 30-34 hrs/wk) Chiropractic Assistant. We are in the Marketplace Plaza in San Ramon, looking to build a healthier community.

We are looking for an upbeat and energetic individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant. We are a new chiropractic office looking for an individual who can grow with the practice. We are seeking a reliable, professional, mature, and friendly individual who desires a fulfilling and meaningful career in the natural healthcare field and chooses to live a healthy holistic lifestyle.

Job Duties (not limited to):
- Overseeing and managing the daily activities of the practice
- Answering phones, scheduling, collecting fees
- Working directly with the doctor on marketing and projects
- Insurance verification
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Handling of social media
Required Experience:
- Strong customer service skills
- 2+ years’ work experience in a professional healthcare/medical office environment
Hours:
Approximately 30-34 hours per week; flexibility for extended hours when necessary based on patient needs:
- Monday: 8:30am - 1pm and 3pm - 6pm
- Tuesday: 9am-12pm, 2pm - 6pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am - 1pm and 3pm - 6pm
- Thursday: 9am-12pm, 2pm - 6pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 1pm
Compensation:
- Hourly rate starting at $18-20/hr, DOE
Benefits:
- Complete Structural Corrective Chiropractic care provided by the doctor
- 6 paid Federal Holidays, begins after first 90 days of continuous employment
- 24 hours paid sick leave per calendar year, begins after first 90 days of continuous employment
- Monthly collection bonus, begins after first 90 days of continuous employment
- Paid vacation, eligible after one year of continuous employment
