Production Operative

We have a permanent full-time vacancy at our facility in Banbury for a Production Operative to carry out the various stages of the manufacturing process of our products.

Previous experience is not required as full training will be given, however experience of manufacturing hearing aids, hand soldering, working with small components or digital modelling would be an advantage.

The work involves precise manufacturing of small products and is very hands on, requiring the use of handheld tools, so we are looking for a dedicated person who has attention to detail and takes pride in their work

The ideal candidate will be a positive, reliable, flexible and pro-active team member who can work to production targets and show initiative, as well as having the right attributes to learn the various manufacturing processes.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.

28 days paid holiday per year (including public holidays).

Pension scheme.

Salary: £22,000 per year
