Fleet Administrator

Our successful Fleet Administrator will be working within our rapidly growing Transport Office where our people are given the opportunity to develop and motivate one another. As our Fleet Administrator, you will be making an impact daily to the overall running of the office and its functions, whilst continuing to provide an excellent customer-focused service to our key accounts. You will be a resourceful, multi-functional individual who will be supporting the Fleet team’s clerical needs. You will join us on a full-time permanent basis at our Bradford site working a Monday – Friday shift pattern.

Key responsibilities of our Fleet Administrator:

• Inputting data into the WMS in-house system
• Supporting the management team with administration, presentations, gathering data, etc
• Organising and supporting with meetings minutes, following up action points with individuals
• Reviewing supplier invoices to our purchasing system
• Managing suppliers, monitoring performance, reviewing and documenting cost savings
• Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Skills and experience we need in our Fleet Administrator:

• Excellent IT Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience within a transport/ logistics organisation would be preferable
• ISO experience as well as the ability to oversee the auditor programme
• Strong administration skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask well
