Job Description

+ Have day to day contact with internal project stakeholders and coordinate meeting management

+ Collate and keep an upto date record of project actions for completion

+ Support the project team in the update of project documentation

+ Report creation for the project team to review before issue to the client

+ Project administration activities such as invoicing and purchase order management

+ The successful candidate will be mentored within the LSE Rail Project Management team and will assist experienced Project Managers in the delivery of multidisciplinary projects.

We provide consultancy services to industry leaders including TfL (engineering and consultancy framework) and the DfT (StarTwo). We are designing new infrastructure in the UK on HS2 as well as the transportation solution for the new city of NEOM in Saudi Arabia. Our work is diverse and as a Deputy Project Manager within AECOM, you will have the opportunity to work across all these areas and build your knowledge with the support of our team.

Qualifications

+ Prior work experience in a professional environment

+ Degree qualified

+ Rail experience
