Job Description
Our Talent Acquisition Managers:
  • Lead the team of TA Consultants, ensuring that the team has the capability and capacity to meet demand, allocating and overseeing work, and conducting regular check-ins on performance, well-being development goals, all aimed toward building the capabilities and behaviours required to deliver against our direct delivery TA strategy.
  • Provide proactive coaching and guidance to the TA Consultant team ensuring they are developed personally and professional but also deliver against the demands of their stakeholders
  • Lead and deliver key TA projects that contribute to the overall TA strategy, enhancing not only the TA proposition we offer but the reputation of Aegon within the market. This role will interlock with the TA Optimisation Manager and Head of TA to drive through impactful, lasting change.
  • Be responsible for delivering on personal recruitment targets. This will take the shape of senior or complex hires, partnering with HRBP’s, external parties and the business where required. Additionally, the TA Manager will carry requisitions to effectively coach the team while identifying continuous improving opportunities.
  • Lead and own the delivery of an effective and efficient full hiring process for aligned business areas for all volume and non-volume recruitment, in order to support the strategic objectives of the business. Ensure that processes operate within regulatory and internal governance parameters.
This opportunity will also see you:
  • Own key elements of our Direct Sourcing and Attraction Strategies
  • Collaborate on the deployment and advancement of our PVP
  • Advance our Employer Brand through collaborating with our Marketing, Brand and Social teams
  • Evolve our approach to Candidate Experience
  • Identify themes and areas of improvement through detailed reporting and market analysis
  • Own key strategic partnerships
