SPAR Daily Deli Supervisor

SPAR Store Supervisor - Various shifts available.

Contract either Min 16hrs Hours p/w - (possibly more hours when the store needs), or 39hrs p/w

We have an exciting opportunity for a SPAR Daily Deli Supervisor, who is motivated, friendly, hands-on and passionate about their store. Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profit, lead and develop their team, control costs and leakage and the provision of friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues and visitors.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all areas of the shop and food products are displayed in a clean, tidy and attractive manner
• The preparing of a variety of food items to the highest standards, in order to meet customer demand
• To use relevant processes and policies to control the security of people, stock and cash
• To assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction and period training

• To deliver customer service in a friendly, professional and efficient manner=
• Seeking to maximise the sales and profitability within the store
• Working as a team with the Store Manager and other Team Members
• Reports all customer complaints to manager on duty
• To assist in developing a motivated and empowered team through a positive management style
