Working week: Monday to Thursday 9 - 5pm Friday 9 - 4:30pm.
Total hours per week: 37
Expected duration: 18 Months

Apprenticeship level Higher Level 4 (Higher national Certificate)
What will the apprentice be doing?
Monitors spend and profitability:
Update weekly cashflows and forecasts
Prepare accrual and prepayment journals
Process and review daily and weekly transactions using Sage 50
Prepare and process payroll using Cintra IQ
Sales Ledger:
Processing monthly and adhoc invoices
Monthly reconciliations
Managing invoice queries
Production and review on aged debtors
Purchase Ledger:
Ensuring timely posting of supplier invoices
Review supplier statement
Produce and review aged creditors
Credit control
Customer and supplier enquiries.
Assist with annual audit
Project analysis
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Professional accounting or taxation technician Level 4
Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Worcester (WR4 9GN).You will receive training one day per week which is a combination of face-to-face and remote, as per your assigned training plan.
This vacancy could close sooner if a suitable candidate is found. On the 44 bus route from Worcester town to Malvern.
