Home Help Workers Wanted

Do you enjoy cleaning and providing domestic help to a high standard?

Are you looking for a flexible weekday role which fits around your home life?

We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Help at Home team. You will be supporting older people with a range of domestic tasks, including helping them to maintain a clean and tidy home, meal assistance and companionship.

You will need your own transport (either a full driving licence and access to vehicle or a bicycle if working in the local area.) We plan in travel time between clients which is also paid at £10.90 an hour.

In return you will work for a local charity who cares about its staff and provides good work life balance with generous holiday entitlement and practical support for everyday life.

Clients' homes in York and the surrounding villages

Hours:

This is zero hour post where you’re hours will build up with clients and aiming for 10+ per week with some flexibility. Service hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. (No weekends or evenings)

Pay:

£10.90 per hour + travel time and 45p per mile mileage
