Junior Software Developer

Agile App specialises as an app development company and a general bespoke software development company that adapts either to be an extension to a client's development team or to provide all services required in developing a mobile app.

We use C# extensively, Xamarin for mobile development, and .NET for the backend systems.

From mobile apps to web back-ends, APIs and integration with third parties, we build applications in the following sectors - Automotive and EVs, Inventory Management, Housing, Hospitality and Retail, Financial, Medical and more.

We have an exciting position available for someone to join our team at an entry-level.

You will initially be working on developing web portals and API creation. You will be tasked with creating new features, bug fixing and creating APIs to support the mobile applications we create.

The ideal candidate will be a very strong problem-solver, a good communicator and have a passion for learning.

Skills

Computer Science/Maths Degree (or similar) with exposure to C#, or experience to the same level.

We do not expect you to have knowledge of them all, but experience in the following is beneficial:

• SQL Server
• JavaScript and jQuery

• .NET Core
• ASP.NET MVC
• Source control – Git
• Azure

Location:

We are flexible on work location (work from home/work at our office), but this position requires travelling to our main office (based in Brighton) twice a month.
