Job Description

Are you a recent science graduate or early-career professional with a passion for customer engagement and a desire to launch your career in sales? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing sales team that’s focused on delivering complete solutions to customers through our Total Account Management approach.

We’re looking for a motivated, coachable and customer-focused individual to support our team of Account Managers in building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities across our full product and service portfolio.

In this role, you’ll gain first-hand experience in solution-based selling, customer interaction, and business development, supported by structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes

  • Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals

  • Sales of Analytical instruments, consumables and service contracts.

  • Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

  • Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
