Software Engineer Intern

Tasks

• Develop code in python for web application development and deployment.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Implement, maintain, and optimise relational databases.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code.
• Write unit/integration tests to improve code quality.

Personal Skills

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in working with Python (OOP)
• Good knowledge of Git
• Good understanding of relational databases
• Confident in working with REST APIs
• Experience with Docker
• Willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6-12 months

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol
