You will be vital to the continued financial success of the organisation through professional brand representation and fanatical services provided to customers in relation to customer orders and returns. There are opportunities for continued process improvement identification and implementation to offer a seamless customer journey. Proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to optimise customer satisfaction and all sales opportunities from existing & new accounts.

What you will be doing

• Manage customer requirements in an efficient and timely manner
• Act as lead contact for a designated group of customers
• Working to achieve departmental and team targets for sales, exchanges & loans
• Look to increase conversion rates of sales, exchanges & loans
• Interrogate quantum and check the market for part info/availability/pricing
• Quote and act in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Promote efficiency throughout the customer journey by identifying new ways of working
• Engage with internal/external customers and deliver high-quality customer service 24/7
• Purchase items for customer requirements and negotiate with suppliers
• Work on different platforms such as Skynet, Customer Portal, Aeroxchange, Sky Select
• Assisting accounts dept. in managing customer credit and supporting payment issues/queries
• Conduct market research, ensuring that all costs are competitive
• Managing the core return process to meet KPI’s

• Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial experience
• Ability to manage and nurture relationships with current and new customers
• Work on or lead new projects
• You'll have gained experience through a customer-facing role where you'll have demonstrated negotiation skills ideally having gained experience in processing sales orders
• Confident communication skills
• Strong Quantum, Rotable, and Aviation experience
