We offer induction training, once a week team meetings, a small bonus at Christmas, meals out activity trips with clients. Rates of pay are determined by the standard of work and we pay a generous mileage allowance for travel between clients.

Job Description
- You will meet and support clients at their home or in the local community,
- You will have good communication skills with the ability to address challenging situations,
- You will support clients and encourage them to make choices to express themselves and develop independent living and life skills,
- You will be confident with a good sense of humour and possess a high level of initiative and be able to work on your own or as part of a team,
- You will need a current driving license with business insurance and your own transport,
- You will need to put a CRB in place should you not have a current one,
- You will need to provide 2 references.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week
Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
