Position Overview & Specifications

Allied Mobility is a division of the Allied Vehicles Group. We are the leading Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles specialist for the UK and Ireland. We supply a wide range of wheelchair cars, MPVs and minibus conversions. As a Motability partner, we offer a unique selection of wheelchair cars to private individuals and families. Our larger wheelchair access vehicles are also popular with social and community transport providers.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Call Centre Supervisor to join our team. You will develop, lead, and manage a team of Mobility Advisors to deliver an exceptional experience for our Mobility Customers.

Main duties of the role are:

· Ensure the team is staffed and trained to deliver the service levels required of the team

· Select, measure, and improve KPIs to improve call centre service

· Create scripts and training guides to continuously improve individual conversations with customers

· Monitor, provide feedback and train employees on delivering our proposition to customers

· Create and implement objectives and individual development plans for each member of the team

· Work collaboratively across departments to understand their needs, resolve customer issues, and improve overall business performance

To be effective in this role, you will have previous experience using a CRM system and a contact centre telephony system. You will have excellent communication skills with customers and have contact centre management experience as well as sales or customer service experience. Salesforce experience, call quality/training experience and evidence of improving business performance through developing systems, processes and people would be desirable but is not essential.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and the salary is £30-35k PA DOE + bonus.
