We have both full-time and part-time block booked contracts available as well as ad-hoc shifts.
Supporting people with mental health conditions can include those with personality disorders, forensic mental health, and serious mental illness, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver a high level of therapeutic care, treatment, and rehabilitation to each patient.
We are actively seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team, working within a low secure service offering bespoke therapeutic placements across 3 clinical areas for adults diagnosed with mental health disorder, autism and/or learning disabilities. All adults can present with complex and challenging needs which may include aggressive behaviours, sensory issues and emotion dysregulation.

Job Type: Flexible agency work
Shifts: 7:30AM until 7.45PM / 7:30PM until 7.45AM
Pay: £11.09 per hour (including holiday pay) - £16.18
About the Role:
You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.

Key Requirements Required:
- 6 months of experience working in a mental health setting
- TMVA / PMVA trained (Training can be provided)
- Right to work in the UK
