Trainee/ Junior Architectural Technician or Technologist

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Graduate/ Trainee Architectural Technologist/ Technician who has a relevant Architectural Design and Technology Qualification in the field and potentially some practice work experience.

You will be required to aid the Technical Director as well as the Associate Director and the Technical team and to carry out all duties specific to your role and position within the company in a professional and competent manner. Your main duties will including receiving and making emails, telephone calls and letters from clients, contractors, local authorities and other associated professionals as well as ensuring that all drawings comply with the latest legislation ie. Building Regulations, Building Regulations, British Standards and Employers requirements.

You will also need to be involved in the preparation of Building regulation application, Robust details Applications, on a wide range of different projects, as well as interpreting consultant’s drawings and ensuring what has been shown is correct.

This is the perfect role for someone who has just graduated or someone who has some experience in an Architectural studio looking to enahance their skills and learn as much as possible from a busy practice with exciting projects. Projects do include a range, such as Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Retail, Offices, Hotels and more.
