Maturation Warehouse Operator

Angus Dundee Distillers currently has an exciting opportunity for a Maturation Warehouse Operator to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

Our company supplies high quality bottled product worldwide. We are a long established business that has grown steadily over many decades. We have a manufacturing facility which meets the on-going and increasing demand from our customers.

We wish to recruit an experienced Maturation Warehouse Operator. A knowledge and experience of working in both racked and palletised cask maturation warehouses, operating with counterbalance forklift truck, cask rotating, push-pull and cask lifting equipment is desirable.

You will be required to work within the maturation warehouse team and deliver safe storage and removal of casks whilst adhering to standard operating procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A current Forklift Truck Licence.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
• The ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Experience of working within a similar environment (working within the spirits industry would be a distinct advantage).
• The ability to work as part of a team, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with the company requirements.
• The ability to manage numerous tasks whilst managing your time effectively.
