Position Overview & Specifications

About the role and team

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Corporate Litigation team to support fee earners on a broad range of housing litigation. The work will be interesting and challenging and plays a vital role in supporting our lawyers as they work on a variety of litigation.

The work will consist of

  • Work on statement of costs
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Preparation of trial bundles for court
  • Fixed fee tender work
  • Various non-chargeable work
About the candidate

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates a passion for litigation
  • Is interested in working in the Housing sector
  • Has enthusiasm and aptitude for this type of work
