£5.28- £7.00 p/h starting salary depending on experience, subject to pay increase as apprenticeship progresses.

Monday - Friday, 39 hours p/w

We are a family run business covering all aspects of plumbing and heating works, anything from small maintenance jobs i.e dripping taps to full system installations.

Example of areas covered by us ;

• Bathrooms
• Kitchens
• Sanitary ware installation
• Hot water cylinder installations
• Cold water storage tank installations
• Heating system installations
• Rainwater installations
• Drainage
• Core gas works

Plus many more.

The Role

Working alongside a fully qualified plumbing engineer.The applicant will be required to assist with daily duties whilst learning the plumbing trade. The applicant must be a good peoples person and be able to communicate and work well with others.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a young individual to join our company who is keen to learn the plumbing trade.The successful applicant will gain all the knowledge required to carry out competently all aspects of plumbing works within the plumbing industry. They will also gain there Level 3 certification as well as customer service skills as they will be interacting with our customers on a daily basis. They must also be able to work interact well with others and in a team.

Entry Requirements

• Math's & English at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent
• Level 2 Plumbing qualification would be beneficial, but is not essential
• A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential
• Based near Waterlooville desirable but not essential
• CRB check if required

Working Week

Working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday to include one day at college. 8-hours per day plus 30 minutes for lunch.

Future Prospects

Applicant will gain all the knowledge required to be successful within the plumbing industry also gaining there Level 3 certification. The applicant would also be welcome to a long term permanent position with us once qualified.
