Key Qualifications
- Extensive Product and Program Management experience with at least 5 years leading product for a large scale direct to consumer e-commerce retailer. Experience with Omni-Channel retailers a strong plus.
- Experience leading a product function and team with experience in building and developing a diverse team of dedicated individual contributors.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across continents and time zones.
- Proficiency in core e-commerce concepts like affordability, credit, payment systems, order fulfilment, supply chain, and the ability to stitch across these capabilities.
