Technical Support - Business Development Team
As one of the leading utility infrastructure providers in the country, we work alongside national and regional housing and commercial developers throughout the UK to design and install networks for gas, water, electric, street lighting, electric vehicle chargers and Fibre.
Due to continued expansion throughout the UK, Aptus Utilities are looking for people to join the business development team based at our head office in Bolton. The team are responsible for all business winning activities, which includes providing new and existing clients with support and advice for their development requirements and to work with them to tender and secure contracts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a role where you will be providing support to the team in all aspects of the tendering and business winning activities.
Full training will be provided, with opportunities for future progression for those that demonstrate ambition, attitude and ability to do so.
The role includes but is not limited to:
· Points of connection assessment and application to the network operators
· Asset Value processing
· Tendering process support including estimating of multi-utility and lighting
· Liaising with peers, suppliers and network operators
· Audacia management and reporting
