Royal Ascot 2023

Arc are looking for friendly, polite, and enthusiastic individuals to work at one of the most prestigious racing events in the British calendar, Royal Ascot. Running from Tuesday 20th June until Saturday 24th June 2023.

(High Street, Ascot, SL5 7JX)

Successful candidates will be working as either Retail (Cashier bar or food, Bar back, Table Clearer, Food Service Assistant, Kitchen/Cellar Porter, Barista), Hospitality (Bar support, Plate waiter, Runner, Wine waiter, Lead waiter). Experience is not required as full paid training is provided for certain roles. Any experience that you do have, however, will strengthen your application.

The rates of pay (holiday pay included and paid automatically) :

£11.95 + Holiday pay, TOTAL: £13.39

Manager, Captain etc. roles are paid higher

Plus, there are lots of opportunities to earn good tips in all roles.

At application stage you will chose between completing an online application with us or attending a group assessment at our office in Canada Water, London. For candidates wishing to start work at Ascot and our other London venues before June then this is very possible for both retail and hospitality, and we can start you ASAP. Our venues are all easily accessible by public transport but for Royal Ascot there is also free staff parking.
