We are Archi-Scape, a forward thinking and dynamic Chartered Architectural Practice based in Cheshire. We are ambitious and have plans to grow considerably over the next few years into a multi-disciplinary studio and we need the best talent possible to join our team.

We are looking for a Studio Admin Assistant to work closely with the practice leadership team which will include aspects of practice management, internal processes and broader support to the whole team to help the studio to deliver it's day to day activities and project obligations.
The role:
- Maintaining up to date office systems and policies;
- Issuing communications;
- Social media posts, website updates and blogs;
- Generating fee proposals and credit control;
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails and post;
- Greeting guests and visitors to the office;
- Maintaining office supplies;
- Assist in arranging studio outings and occasional events.
We are open to meeting candidates form a range of backgrounds. Training is provided and so no direct experience within a similar role is necessary.
You will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Computer capabilities in Microsoft Office
- To be highly organisation;
- Ability to work on your own initiative;
- Graphical abilities are a plus as would experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop;
- Studio attendance is essential to fulfil the role.
Working hours would be Monday to Friday 10:00 to 14:00. Salary up to £20,000 full time equivalent, depending on experience.
