As a Helpdesk Agent, you’ll be working first point of contact for our client(s), and have full accountability for all aspects of the contract from raising Work Orders and instructing Contractors, to dealing with bespoke requests.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end process of the work order life cycle and be a key member of the delivery team.

It’ll be challenging to prioritise your work within a demanding time pressured environment, but with strong organisational skills, a methodical approach, and an ability to cope under pressure, you’ll rise to this challenge.

You’ll have full ownership and be the driving force for any issues and escalations, ensuring these are all dealt with in a timely manner, and it’ll be rewarding to see the positive impact you have on the service being delivered to the client.

Qualifications

This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, results driven, and a confident communicator.

Attention to detail is key, technology driven and great customer service skills are a must.

We are recruiting both full time and part time roles:

A full-time colleague will be working 40 hours a week, a variety of shift start times and finish times. As we are a 24/7 business some weekends will be included (on average 1 in 4 weekends) on a rota basis.

A part time colleague will work from 16 hrs and above with a variety of shift start times and finish times, some weekends will be included (on average 1 in 4 weekends) on a rota basis.

For all colleagues a degree of flexibility is required due to business requirements.

After completing probation and demonstrating a satisfactory level of performance, we offer the opportunity to work on our hybrid model (home/site-based).
