Monday – Thursday (7am – 5.30pm) 4 day working week

Arden Windows Ltd is a manufacturer of high quality, bespoke timber windows & door sets. Our clients expect, high quality, innovative design solutions to create an outstanding look and finish to their property.

Following an increase in production requirements we are looking to fill the following opportunities within our manufacturing facility.

Order Processor

Job Purpose:

To become a member of our sales and processing team . To carry out all duties required by that team, in a safe, accurate and professional manner.

office experience and order processing would be advantageous.

Main Tasks:

Processing orders in line with customer requirements using window Software.

preparing paperwork for the factory to ensure precise on time manufacture.

updating and recording information in order trackers.

controlling data information on our data base

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Quick and willing to learn

Eager to develop new skills

Attention to detail

Reliable

good telephone manner

experience using Microsoft Packages

Benefits:

Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday – Thursday (7am – 5.30pm) 4 day working week

Holidays: 21 days. Plus 8 days’ bank holidays. Increasing to 22 after 2 year’s service

Pension: In accordance with Government guidelines

Start date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £25,000.00 to £28,000.00

Experience:

• Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
