Summary

• Completion of the end-to-end process for Electronic Gaming Machine(EGM) Fixed Assets
• Ownership of the Royalty Process.
• Assist Aristocrat to achieve its short-term business and long-term strategic objectives by providing support to the EMEA function, upholding the financial integrity and profitability of the company.
• This role is responsible for helping with the delivery of monthly financial reporting, forecasts, plans and monthly management reports.
• Helping the wider Finance Team to deliver accounting reconciliations and Audit schedules.
• Support the business on ad hoc projects as necessary providing the financial insight required.

What You'll Do

EGM Fixed Assets

• Additions
• Disposals
• Depreciation
• Transfers
• Reconciliations
• Liaison with Sales and Commercial Teams for accurate information

Royalty Process

• Tracking and calculations for review, approval and posting.
• Accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting keeping good, detailed records.

Month End

• Help wider finance team with Trade in and Revenue accruals
• Aid in the review and submission of all reporting obligations to Corporate including Intercompany Trading when required
• Monthly review and analysis of operational results between actual, budget and forecast
• Completion and maintenance of Balance Sheet Reconciliations for areas of control, proactively resolving outstanding queries
• Compliance with accounting and finance policies challenging results for accuracy and timeliness.

Statutory Reporting

• Assist with preparing EMEA Statutory and Compliance Reports including Statutory Accounts, Corporation Tax Computations and PAYE Settlement Agreement Submission as part of the wider Finance Team
• Assist with Tax Documentation Requests from HMRC for Customers
• Ad Hoc Statutory reporting request that may be received during the year within the team

Audits

• Assist the team with the preparation of Audit schedules for the half year and annual audits

Other

• Provide ad hoc analysis and business information support as required
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable and Receivable officers whenever required
• Participate in systems and process improvements
• Ensure ad-hoc analysis and data requests are supplied to both the corporate team in Sydney and the Global team in Las Vegas.
• Support business units in developing Overhead Plan & Forecast

What We're Looking For

• Experience of using SAGE 1000 desirable
• Experience of TM1 advantageous
• Qualified ACCA/CIMA (or similar)
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 Suite
