Front of House, Luxury Fashion Store – Heathrow Airport

We are searching for experienced Retail Hosts to work for one of the most iconic luxury French fashion brands.

You will become a brand ambassador, initiating the process of building a warm, genuine relationship with clients. Retail Hosts are the first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the customer experience. Through active listening you will discover each individual’s needs and offer direction within the store. You may also be required to assist with sales therefore product knowledge is a must.

We are looking for candidates that are full of personality and enthusiasm, immaculately presented, have strong communication skills and can demonstrate a total understanding of exceptional customer service.

Experience in Luxury Retail and Front of House is imperative.

We would like our candidates to have a genuine passion for high end goods such as leather, accessories, women ready-to-wear and shoes as well as watches & jewellery.

To work at the Airport you must have the right to work in the UK. You must be 18+ years, not have been abroad for longer than 6 months, and be able to provide a full 5-year work/education history in the UK.
