Interior Design Administrator

INTERIOR DESIGN ADMINISTRATOR – SHOW HOME SECTOR

We’re looking for a Design Administrator to join our team!

This is a great opportunity to join our highly successful interior design company based in Andover, Hampshire.

Artspace’s studio is at the forefront of national show home design, creating schemes for the UK’s largest house builders.

We are a team of creative individuals who are passionate about designing exceptional show homes that exceed our clients expectations.

THE ROLE

This role is not for anyone who is looking to progress as an interior designer, stylist or a creative team member

DAY TO DAY TASKS

Ordering all furniture

Ordering soft furnishings

Ordering fabrics for bespoke furniture and providing our supplier with weekly updates

Responding to install queries and actioning changes on site as they come in

Overseeing supplier returns

Responding to warehouse queries and chasing outstanding items

Covering in our warehouse outlet -SHO Space, as and when needed

Answering the phone

Organising parcels to be couriered to clients and sites

THE CANDIDATE

Organisation will be your super power and you will be able to multi task to the highest of levels

Great attention to detail with the ability to focus and complete your role efficiently and accurately

Friendly, approachable and an amazing team player, someone who cares about the projects we complete, our team and the company as a whole

Experience with Excel and Outlook.

A confident and professional communicator with a warm telephone manner

Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to spread the positivity and promote great team spirit

CONTRACT AVAILABLE

40 hour contract, Mon –Fri

Salary dep on experience
