Architectural Technician - Minimum 5 Years Experience in the UK Resi sector

AS Studio is a small but well-established boutique Architectural practice based in North-West London. We mainly specialize in mid to high-end residential projects and we are currently looking for an Architectural Technician to join our friendly team.

Candidates must be proficient in Auto Cad, SketchUp, and Photoshop as well as be experienced with construction, and architectural detail drafting. Candidates should be fluent in English, familiar with current UK Building Regulations, and have worked in practice specializing in small to medium-scale high-end private residential projects.

RIBA Part 2 or equivalent qualifications with a minimum 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE UK will be necessary. Candidates with less than 5 years of UK experience would not be considered.

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-6 months trial on a freelance basis and potentially permanent position within 6 months subject to performance and practice workload.
