- Interested in books, reading and getting involved in a wide range of activities.
The post-holder will support reader development, assisting people with their choices and enabling them to read more widely. They will promote and support cultural activities and assist the Library Services Managers in organising events and delivering activities. The role will be actively involved in the promotion and marketing of the stock and the service at a local level.
We are looking for proven experience of working in a customer service environment and the ability to work well individually but also as part of a team. An appreciation and interest in authors and knowledge of local area and facilities would be advantageous. Please note the post is subject to regular physical demands.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 15 - 18 per week
Salary: £9.88-£10.48 per hour
