Avery Naylor Ltd are expanding.
We are a Family Law firm based in Swansea and are opening new offices in Carmarthen, Aberystwyth and Bridgend.
We are looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrative assistant for each office to assist our Fee Earners.
Successful candidates will be front of house to meet and greet clients, answer all incoming calls as well as every day administrative tasks such as typing, filing etc.
All candidates must have experience on using Microsoft Outlook and Word. You should also have excellent customer service skills.
Training will be provided for all other software.
Wages will be based on National Living Wage and the working hours are 8.45am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
